These terms govern use of the QR menu and TV menu services provided at oomenu.com.tr.
OOMenü is cloud-based software that lets restaurants manage their digital menus. The services (QR menu, TV menu) are offered separately; their scope is set out in the agreement.
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and must report suspected unauthorised use immediately.
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and currency of product names, prices, allergen and calorie information. OOMenü does not verify this information; the menu tells customers to ask staff for allergen information.
Unlawful or misleading content, content infringing third-party rights, and use that harms the system are prohibited.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the service available; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure.
